We want to talk about building the light body today and what this means and how to go about it.
First of all, be patient with it.
Building the light body is in part building this vehicle.
You must develop the capacity and the skills to hold and channel light. Over time. Otherwise the process can be damaging.
It is like water. Too little is bad and can kill you. Too much is bad and can kill you, too.
It is about finding the right amount and only ingesting what you can digest.
But unlike water, your capacity and skills can grow so that you can handle more and more light.
Light is love.
Light is consciousness.
Light cleanses and purifies you.
It illuminates your shadow, and all the energies, patterns, and blockages that do not serve you.
What limits your capacity are your blockages.
Look at this as resistance in an electrical wire. A wire is a conductor of electricity. Different conductors/materials have different levels of resistance.
What you are doing as both a physical and nonphysical being is becoming a better conductor with less resistance.
Eventually you become a superconductor, which has no resistance. A hollow bone. A pure vehicle for consciousness.
This is a gradual process for most, so we remind you again: be patient with it. Do not force it.
Do not take on more than you can handle unless you want to burn out.
What works at your gym works here, too. Progressive overload.
You don’t go for a 500kg deadlift on day 1. You establish your current capacity and stretch it. You prepare your body.
When you do too much or have inadequate rest, hydration, or nutrition, you can get injured.
Look at your process of awakening and conscious evolution the same way. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
Use your intention. To do this safely. To enjoy the process.
Injuries are more detrimental to your progress than lack of speed. But do not be terrified of them. They happen. And you will get injured, and you will learn from it. Accept that.
Great transformations are not risk-free.
Please understand that speed is individual. It may be 10mph for one person and 10,000mph for another.
Do not judge yourself in comparison to others, do not impose your speed on someone else, and do not allow others to impose theirs on you.
A pro athlete has a different capacity for training than a novice.
Trust yourself, and your body. Only you know what is right for you.
And you tune that intuition and knowing by having “learning experiences.” There are no mistakes, only learning experiences.
Sometimes you do too much. Sometimes you don’t do enough.
It is a process of calibration, and you only find your center in contrast to the extremes.
Extremes are a frame of reference. Sometimes you explore them slowly. Sometimes you have to take a leap. Both are a necessary part of the process. At different times.
You are honing your ability to discern which is appropriate.
Again, we are giving you the big picture so that you have a map and understanding of what is happening to you. And the most important piece is your intention. We will say this over and over and over again, because it can’t be said too many times.
Intention is choosing your destination. It is deliberate creation. It is your power. Use it.
And lastly, understand that what you ingest in both energy and matter influences how much resistance you have and how much you can conduct.
Chemicals and biotoxins and low vibration information increase resistance. And, as with speed, it is unique for everyone, so avoid the dogma of what to eat and find what’s best for you, and evolve that over time.
What works best now may not be best later. As you change, what supports you changes.
