Your intention is powerful. Your intention is what drives your evolution.
Yes, Anton, we are revisiting a topic that we have addressed many times before, and that is intentional because reading something once does not mean you have mastered it. You have to repeat it until it has become a part of your being, and we say to all students of this work, including yourself, that this is natural.
You have some sort of resistance to repetition; you want novelty, but we say that there is depth and novelty in repetition.
Repetition allows you to discover deeper layers, details, nuances.
You can improve how to take a step in dance, how to throw a punch, how to perform any kind of movement over and over and over again. That is the path to mastery, to be outstanding in your performance in any endeavor. And this teaching is the foundation of all that, the foundation of mastery.
Your intention is your navigation system. Intention is what allows you to go where you want rather than being helplessly tossed around by the winds.
Surrender is not giving up. Surrender is realizing what you can control, what you can influence, and what you have no power over whatsoever.
You can surrender to the river of life, yet you still have choice as to what you do in the river, and that choice is your intention.
Individually and collectively, you have been conditioned by the past to want what you want. You are in the process of dissolving and releasing this conditioning, these expectations.
There has always been war, so you expect war. There has always been disease, so you expect disease. There has always been struggle, so you expect struggle.
Expectations, whether they are conscious or unconscious, create your reality. We are not just talking metaphysically here. Metaphysically, everything is created in thought, in consciousness, first, and then manifest in the physical world.
And here in the physical world, your frame determines what you see and what you look for and your reality. Perception is reality.
The mind distorts, deletes, generalizes based on its frame. Whether you ask “What’s wrong?” or “What’s amazing?” the mind will answer the question and that determines your experience.
Your intention operates on two levels: the manifest and the pre-manifest.
Through your intention, you can transform your experience of what is and you can also change what is.
The intention “I want to enjoy every moment” does two things: It helps you to enjoy what is, and it also creates more joyous moments.
Intention is not goal setting. Intention is created in alignment with all your parts for your highest good and the highest good of all.
Goals can be very egoic. Notice if this brings up a desire to want to argue semantics here. This is not about words or semantics or concepts.
This is about frequency and about shifting to the highest frequency available to you in this moment, which is your choice.
Your choice here is to grow, and growing means letting go of what you thought you were.
A child who grows into an adult has to let go of being a child.
We’re not saying they need to give up traits like play and wonder and be all serious. Those are traits of the divine shining through until they are conditioned out of many of you.
You merely let go of false identities that don’t serve your highest good and the highest good of the collective.
Please understand that this intention to grow has consequences, and they may be uncomfortable, but ultimately, you are safe.
It is like choosing to fly to Hawaii. There is a great experience waiting for you there, and there may be some turbulence on the way. That is all it is.
We are going to pause here and continue at a later time because there is much more to be said about this.
