Let go and surrender knowing. Embrace experience. Stop arguing with reality.

You can’t wish your trauma away. But you can embrace it as your greatest gift. As a huge energetic imprint, or transmission, or download. That’s essentially what it is. It is a set of amazing ingredients that have to be transmuted or cooked before they can be enjoyed. That process requires an input of energy.

So instead of complaining that you were given raw onions and potatoes, cook them.

The relationship of trauma to wisdom and joy is like the relationship of raw ingredients to a delicious meal. Trauma is just a raw ingredient for consciousness, for joy, for bliss, for love.

You get nothing from complaining that raw onions taste bad. Get out of that and do what you can. That is your responsibility. Your ability to respond.

When you shift your perspective from being a victim to that of having received tremendous gifts, everything changes.

You have all the ingredients for an amazing life. Some of them just need more work than others.

Don’t limit yourself to only eating things that taste good raw. There is a much broader spectrum to experience once you become willing to “cook” your trauma. Francis Weller refers to the process of cooking in initiation. That’s initiation. That’s growth. That is alchemy.

Focus your energy and direct it towards what you want. Open your heart. Meditate.

Let us help you. You don’t have to do it all yourself! Let go of that illusion. Do your 50%. Let the Universe do the rest.

Be clear on what is for you to take action on and not for you. Doing too much constrains you and gets in the way. Let your life breathe.

Work at the root. But use what’s on the surface as a doorway to get there. Know that things happen in their own divine timing.

You cannot do 100%. That is madness. And ignorance. Your 50% are intention, alignment, and action.

Intention is the what and the why. Then let the Universe do the rest.

Don’t force. Focus on that next step, and more will be revealed to you when you are ready.

Mapping everything out ahead of time is obstruction more than facilitation. It creates more of the known. To experience the unknown you have to let go of the step-by-step action plan and let go of knowing the how.

Know your deep desires for peace, love, abundance, and freedom, and be in the unknown when it comes to the how.
