You are funny in the way that you trust “experts” who tell you something you already know more than you trust yourself. [r]

It does not have to be so when it comes to matters of the Soul. In worldly matters, sure, trust a plumber or electrician over yourself. Though even those skills you could access and download. There are no real limits to what you can experience. Only perceived ones. Only ones created in the mind.

Tony [Robbins] is right about focus. He asks great questions. A question is a doorway into the expansion of consciousness. A question is about as fundamental as things can be.

“Is there anything other than oneness?” God is a question. “What am I?” points to God. It has many insights, answers, but it cannot be answered.

You cannot find an answer and move on the way you can answer what the population of Germany is. Even to that question, the answer always changes. People are born and die. Enter and exit the country. You can answer this question accurately, but not precisely. 83.8 million is accurate. 61,142,637 is precise but not accurate.

The motivation or purpose behind the question is important because it dictates how you determine the required precision and how much effort you invest in pursuing it.

The quality and focus of your questions determine the quality of your life. And your focus.

"What’s wrong with me?" creates a very different feeling than “What’s going well in my life?”

To change your life, change your focus. To change your focus, change your questions. To change your questions, become conscious of your questions.

Ask:

What questions am I asking?

One pointer you can use is the quality of your answers. If you’re frequently frustrated with the world, it’s probably because you are asking, “What’s wrong?”

We are not saying you do this explicitly. Questions run in your subconscious as filters, only letting some information in. Change your filters, change your life.

That’s an example of inside-out transformation. The things you want could be all around you and invisible to you if your mind deletes them before they reach you.

It is as if you are a successful executive, and you have an assistant. You are looking for a romantic relationship. And you told your assistant to keep everyone away so that you can focus on work. So she is keeping all the women interested in you away from you. She is very diligent and good at her job. And she does not judge or discern what is in your highest good. She literally does what she was told.

Your mind is like that. Notice what you asked it to do. What you asked it to protect you from.

Do you even need an assistant? Is it assisting you or harming you?

This is the process of changing your life!

The Masters are right about sharing your work. Of course, they are, for we are the Masters. You and they receive from the same source.

If you appropriate and hold, there is no room for receiving. To receive more you must give out what was received.

Digestion does not work without elimination. If you stop eliminating, you will soon be unable to digest.

This is where your digestive problems come from. You ought to receive and share. Ingest, digest, integrate, synthesize, distill, and express.

Share. Let it flow through you. You don’t build a container, you build a channel. That’s why it’s channeling and not containing.

You have been trying to process it all first and integrate it, but that is not how you process it. You process by expressing it. By sharing it in writing. And speaking it. By making it available for people.

And there is not much you need to do to get them to hear it. They will find you in ways you can’t even imagine. That makes this work simple. Start a newsletter with those you love.

Your dis-ease stems from the attempt to contain something that cannot be contained. You cannot contain the river of life. Let it flow. Let it flow through you. Surrender to its power. Let it use you. For it can only use you for good.

The trinity: Your highest good, the highest good of those you serve, the highest good of all living beings. The latter is synonymous with the highest good of all there is.

Everything is a living being, even rocks. They are just at different levels of consciousness and may or may not have senses to perceive this particular reality.

Now you know that this must be shared. To share is the what. The why is for ease. To receive benefit from these teachings. To feel good by helping yourself and others. To heal.

You ask for answers and receive them. Listen to them and apply them. That is all that is asked of you, that you ask of yourself. As always, the answers are simple.
