Manifestation happens constantly. Either consciously or unconsciously.
You can manifest from the whole, or from a part of yourself.
For example, manifesting money from a wounded place of insecurity in an effort to feel safe is manifesting from a part. Nothing wrong with that.
Any particular manifestation from a wounded place may or may not be aligned with the whole. Either way, everything that happens is s step in your development.
What we want you to question is whether your manifestations give you what you want deeply.
And if they don’t, to refine your process until they do.
Conscious manifestation happens from a place of wholeness within yourself and alignment with all of life.
It is the most beautiful and empowered process. The path of least resistance.
Anton’s life really changed when he asked:
What does the Universe want to create through me?
Which he got from Eckhart Tolle’s Conscious Manifestation course.
And the answer is these transmissions.
They started to come through clearly and consistently when he asked the question and actually opened himself up to the answer. To something completely unknown.
Many of you ask for what you want and push it away at the same time.
Anton still does this in other areas of his life, just not in this writing, so he understands that.
Ask for what you want and be willing to receive it. Be willing to change.
Be willing to experience the unknown. That is what life is about.
It’s not about living the same day, the same week, the same year over and over again.
That is comfortable but ultimately unfulfilling.
You are here to grow through experience. You may say this if you wish:
I am here to grow through experience.
What keeps you from that is judgement, analysis, classification. That is an old program you are holding on to because you hold a limited perspective.
You may be experiencing something traumatic and wish it was not so, but you lack the understanding that the experience will turn into your greatest gift. Because all experience grows you.
Imagine yourself as a bubble that grows infinitely. A bubble of awareness. The more you grow and absorb and experience, the more you grow as awareness. The more you in awareness.
We want you to understand, now, the difference between judgement and discernment, because it is important, and many of you confuse the two.
Judgement is looking back and arguing with reality. Wishing it wasn’t so hot or so cold or that the Holocaust didn’t happen.
THIS moment is inevitable. And all the ones that preceded it, too.
Discernment is using all of your integrated experiences to inform your perspectives and choices.
You know not to touch the hot stove. Or to wear a warm jacket on a cold day.
There is also much confusion about preferences and attachment to preferences and what this means on a practical level.
First of all, preferences about the past and present are pointless and create suffering because you are arguing with reality in your mind.
And preferences are great as long as they don’t overshadow the present moment.
Be careful not to live in an illusion of the future and your preferences.
You can envision and design the future from a place of grounded presence in this moment.
Of course, you have preferences to be warm, hydrated, well-fed, etc.
Many people on the spiritual path initially misinterpret preferences as causing suffering without the discernment that preferences about the past/present and the future are different.
And you get yourselves stuck in a mental loop for a while of not wanting to have preferences because you believe they cause suffering.
If you prefer not to have preferences, that is still a preference. It is a recursive loop your mind traps itself in.
The only way out is through witnessing and acceptance.
Through realizing that you are not the mind having those thoughts, you are the Being, the Awareness, the Consciousness that is aware of your mind and what happens in it.
So what spiritual teachers mean by detachment or non-attachment is not wishing and desiring that you and what goes on it your mind were different, but rather, creating space between yourself as Awareness and your experience.
Some of you know this and some of you don’t.
It isn’t something that you can understand intellectually through words, but the words can help you recognize what is happening when you have the experience.
If none of this makes sense to you, don’t worry. A deep part of you understood this, and you will get it at the perfect time.
That is all.
