The Power of Intentions

June 29, 2024

Let’s talk about intention. We can’t talk about it enough.

Intention is important because you live your life through intention, whether you know it or not.

Intention is the seed of your experience.

What you are harvesting is the result of your intention.

Intention is a form of clarity.

Intention sets your direction.

Intention is your north star.

Intention is how you navigate this world.

If you could only practice one thing, we would want you to practice setting intentions. On all levels.

Set an intention for your life.

Anton wants to enjoy every moment, to be of service, to grow and evolve.

Set an intention for yourself beyond this life. As a soul.

Set an intention for yourself as God. To know yourself as all there is.

Set intentions for periods of life, decades, years, months, weeks, days, and down to segments of your days!

Anton found that his social dancing drastically improved when he set the intention to have dances that are connected, enjoyable, fun, creative and comfortable for himself and his partners, and followed it with “I am word through this intention. Word, I am word.”

Imagine yourself at a cosmic restaurant that has every dish imaginable. Setting an intention is placing an order for what you want, instead of letting the waiter decide for you.

When Anton is aligned in his intentions and clearly states them, we always respond with: “Then you shall have it.”

He feels this statement as a wave of energy flowing through his body.

Alignment is important. Intentions come true when they are in harmony with all your parts and all there is.

Intention isn’t Egoic goal setting. Intention is conscious manifestation. Intention goes deep.

You can have an intention to feel free that touches the depth of your being. That is more powerful than the desire to be a billionaire.

Powerful intentions are deep wants.

You can have an intention to have clear, deep, aligned, intentions throughout your day.

What intentions do mechanically is align you and your parts AND recruit the Universe in the manifestation of your intentions.

There are many resources on how this works on the human level available that we suggest you study, from Napoleon Hill to explanations of how the Reticular Activating System (RAS) influences your perceptions.

Intention setting is like taking a higher perspective and orchestrating conscious and subconscious parts of yourself.

But beyond the human, physical level, it works on the nonphysical level as well.

Your thoughts create your reality, in ways you do not yet understand.

We invite you to try this as an experiment, and see what happens:

Ask yourself:

“What is my intention for _____?”

where _____ is the period of time, down to individual segments like meetings or grocery shopping.

Don’t make this hard, you don’t even have to write it down.

Just say it quietly to yourself. And just observe what happens over time.

If you do write them down somewhere, look back periodically and reflect on your intentions.

Remember that intentions are not SMART goals.

You have to leave room for the Universe to assist you.

“Make $1M in 2024” is a goal. “To feel abundant and free, to be able to do what I want, to have enough money to do what I want” is an intention.

Intentions always connect to the deep want. If you have a goal, you can ask: “And what’s the want behind that?” until you get to the root.

Let’s pause here.
