You are here because your parents had desire for one another.
Even god has desire.
Nothing exists without desire.
Being free of desire is a desire.
So vilifying desire is not liberation.
As with everything, a good outcome is the right, balanced relationship with desire.
Ask yourself:
What does this desire bring me?
Does it bring me joy? Or does it bring me suffering?
Does it help me grow, expand, evolve?
Is this desire aligned with my highest good?
What is underneath this desire?
Your desires and your challenges are here to guide you closer to god. Closer to your essential nature. Closer to your Soul’s Purpose. Closer to your divinity.
Desire is opposed by fear.
You must release the fear. By amplifying it. Or befriending it. Love it gently.
