What is Trust?

May 5, 2024

Trust is more of an effect, or consequence, than a cause.

Ask yourself what precedes trust.

You learn to trust through inquiry.

Trust is a natural state, but it can be obscured and blocked. Work at the root to let go of the blockages and trust will emerge.

Trust is also a consequence of perspective.

Perspective comes from experience. Experience comes from experimentation.

An experiment of the unknown gives you an experience that gives you a new perspective that gives you trust: e.g. a near death experience that makes you realize what happens before and after this “life” can give you trust that all this is orchestrated for your evolution.

If you don’t step into the unknown willingly, you will be forced into the unknown through challenges and suffering until you learn. Through disease, often times.

Dis-ease is a signal that you are not following your soul’s mission here. That’s how it communicates to you.

Everything is a lot more easeful and graceful when you listen. And listen deeply. With your heart and your gut over your mind.

The mind is good at misinterpreting, corrupting, distorting the signals.

And filtering them through what it is looking for through conditioning.

Be willing to listen and receive. All the information you need is right in front of you. All it takes is waking up to it.
